Refund policy

At The ZOZO Store, we strive to deliver the best quality products. However, we have a strict policy in place to handle returns and refunds to ensure fairness. Please read the following terms carefully before placing an order.

1. Mandatory Unboxing Video

NO VIDEO = NO RETURN / NO REFUND. To be eligible for any return or refund, you must provide a clear, uncut unboxing video of the package.

  • The video must show the shipping label clearly.

  • It must show the package being opened for the first time.

  • It must clearly display the defect or wrong item.

  • Note: If you fail to provide this video, or if the video is edited/unclear, your claim will be instantly rejected.

2. Return Window (4 Days)

You must raise a return request within 4 days of the delivery date.

  • Example: If your order is delivered on the 1st of the month, you must report the issue by the 5th.

  • Requests made after this 4-day window will strictly not be entertained.

3. Eligibility for Returns

We only accept returns if the error is on our end.

  • Eligible Reasons:

    • You received a completely different product than what you ordered.

    • The product has a genuine manufacturing defect.

  • Non-Eligible Reasons:

    • Damage caused by the Courier Company (we are not responsible for transit damage).

    • Damage caused by the customer (mishandling).

    • Minor color variations due to mobile/screen resolution.

    • "Change of mind" or "I don't like it" reasons are not accepted.

Approval Process: Once you submit the unboxing video, our team will review it. We reserve the right to approve or reject the return based on whether the defect is a genuine error from our warehouse.

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customer Pays Shipping: The customer is responsible for shipping the product back to our warehouse.

  • We do not provide reverse pickup services.

  • The courier charges you pay to return the item are non-refundable. You will only be refunded for the product amount.

5. Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item and inspect it:

  1. We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  2. If approved, the refund amount (excluding shipping charges) will be processed to your original payment method or bank account within 5-7 business days.
