At The ZOZO Store, we are committed to delivering your order accurately, in good condition, and always on time. Please review our shipping policy below to understand our dispatch and delivery timelines.

1. Order Processing & Dispatch Time

  • Next Day Dispatch: We follow a strict "Next Day Dispatch" policy. All orders placed today are packed and shipped on the next business day.

  • Sundays & Holidays: Our warehouse is closed on Sundays and Public Holidays.

    • Example: If you place an order on Saturday, it will be dispatched on Monday.

    • Example: If you place an order on Sunday, it will be dispatched on Monday.

2. Estimated Delivery Timelines

Once your order is dispatched from our Meerut warehouse, the estimated delivery time depends on your location:

  • Delhi / NCR: 2-4 business days.

  • Metro Cities (Mumbai, Bangalore, etc.): 4-5 business days.

  • Rest of India: 5-7 business days.

  • North East & J&K: 7-10 business days.

Note: Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by factors outside our control, such as severe weather, strikes, or courier delays.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • If we are running a "Free Shipping" offer, it will be automatically applied at the checkout page.

4. Courier Partners

We use trusted courier partners (such as Delhivery, BlueDart, Xpressbees, and Shadowfax) to ensure your order reaches you safely.

5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a Tracking ID and a link via Email and SMS/WhatsApp.

  • You can use this link to track the live status of your package.

  • Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking status to update on the courier's website after you receive the notification.

6. International Shipping

Currently, we ship only within India. We do not accept international orders.
